COMPOSITION: VK-3 film glue is phenolic rubber film glue made from alcohol solution of phenol-formaldehyde resin (Varnish FL-5111) and a solution of rubber mixture based on butadiene nitrile and natural rubber in butyl acetate (Product 4).

Film grade BK-3 is available in rolls
length 50 ± 20 m
width 1230 ± 20 mm,
thickness 0,25 ± 0,05 mm.

GLUING MODE:

Bonding is carried out on samples of aluminum alloy D16AT anodized with chrompex filling. Before gluing the surfaces of the samples are degreased with acetone and dried in the air.

The specific pressure is 5 kgs/cm²,

temperature 165 ± 5°С,

time of temperature rise 1-2,5 hours,

bonding time of 1 hour.

 WARRANTY WARRANTY - 4 months.

 PACKAGING: standard packaging of 15 kg, other as agreed by the parties.

APPLICATION: The film is designed for gluing materials made of
- steel,
- steel, aluminum,
- bronze,
- Galvanized sheet metal,
- Textolite etc.; 

replaces electric welding and the use of rivets in aircraft construction, helicopter construction and other industries.
