TU 38.303-04-04-90, TU 1-595-28-698-2003
The two-component organosilicon sealant Viksint U-1-18 is a paste-like material that, when mixed with a catalyst at ambient temperature, vulcanizes and turns into a rubber-like state.
COMPOSITION: obtained on the basis of low-molecular dimethylsiloxane rubber and target additives.
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
the main paste is mixed with catalyst 18. To improve the adhesion of the sealant to the surface, a sublayer of P-11 (cold drying) is used, which is pre-applied to the sealed surface and dried.
PACKING: 5.4 kg and 21.6 kg.
Sealant Viksint U-1-18 (NT)
The sealant is intended for surface sealing of metal joints and for sealing equipment operating in an air environment at t from -60 to +300°C.
Viksint U-1-18 is used for surface sealing of metal joints made of stainless steel, aluminum and titanium alloys and for sealing equipment operating in an air environment under the action of vibration, shock and alternating loads.
The sealant is used in the aviation industry, rocket and space industry, instrument making, radio-electronic industry, shipbuilding, automobile manufacturing, civil engineering, industrial construction, consumer services, and decorative arts.
Sealant Viksint U-1-18 (NT)
- The sealant has heat resistance from -60 to +300°C.
