COMPOSITION: Glue 88-NP is a solution of a rubber mixture of chloroprene rubber based on nairite and butyl phenol formaldehyde resin.
DEFINITION: The glue is designed for fixing
sound-insulating upholstery materials (including PVC ceiling film),
foamed polymer sheet materials (including foam plastic) and harnesses to painted and unpainted metal, including aluminum, and other materials;
for adhesion of rubbers (including sponge rubber) on the basis of NK, SKN, SKB, SKS, SKMS, nairite, butadiene nitrile, fluorocarbon and other rubbers to painted and unpainted metal, glass, leather, wood and other materials,
rubber to rubber,
for bonding materials in various combinations: fabrics, foamed polymers, foam rubber, fiberboard, chipboard, plywood, metals, dermantin, etc.
DESIRES:
One-piece.
Operates under any climatic conditions
at temperatures from -50ºC to +70ºC (briefly 90ºC).
The adhesive is resistant to fresh and sea water in natural conditions.
The adhesive does not corrode steel and aluminum alloys.
Heat and moisture resistant.
The adhesive does not form toxic compounds in air and wastewater in the presence of other substances or factors.
Adhesive compounds are highly weather resistant.
APPLICATION: Stir the glue thoroughly before use!
Preparation of the surfaces to be glued.
Treat the bonded surfaces with an abrasive sandpaper, wipe with a solvent, dry for 10-15 minutes.
Process of glue application. Apply a thin layer of glue, let it cure for 12-15 minutes until it dries.
Apply a second layer of glue and let it cure for 5-10 minutes until it dries.
Connect the glued surfaces and press tightly, allow to stand for 24 hours at atmospheric temperature.
Caution: The temperature of the adhesive used must be at least 18ºC. If the adhesive is stored in a cold room, before use keep the adhesive in a warm room until it gets warmer at 18ºC (cooling increases the viscosity of the adhesive and, therefore, increases its consumption and dwell time for solvents evaporation). The guaranteed shelf life of the glue from the moment of production - at least 6 months.
PACKAGING: 15 kg metal buckets and 4 kg metal cans. Other packaging as agreed
